Stayed at Star Hotel Patong and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and nightlife. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax. highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Patong.

Clean rooms near by shopping and city touch. Less than 5 minutes walk to beach and restaurants. Good for family and young couples.

Massimo, the italian owner, is a very responsible and attentive manager, who tries his best to let your experience be the most satisfying and enjoyable. The structure and furniture are new, the location is good: close to the night life but not polluted by it; adviceable to rent a scooter to get to the beach. Very italian friendly.

There is no coffee&tea set either hairdrier in the room; wi-fi is available but only in the lounge area.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel with a great location, just a few minutes from the beach and the party district. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop pool to enjoy the sun and relax. Additionally, they have tour arrangements and bike rentals, which was very convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.

The noise level of the main road was quite high, which made it challenging to sleep at night. Also, the rooms could use some refurbishing, as they are quite dated and had visible wear and tear.

The hotel is quiet and the staff are friendly. Actually I didnt get to stay at this hotel because there was some problems with the room, but the staff was kind enough to arrange for another hotel which is just located next to this hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me and my partner. We had a great time there and enjoyed ourselves at the swimming pool.

The hotel is a bit far from the shops but however, it is ok since you can take tuktuk. However, it will cost you some money.

Great hotel! Room was clean with a lovely balcony, and the rooftop pool was a relaxing spot with excellent service from friendly staff. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and there was a night market nearby with a wide variety of delicious food stalls at fantastic prices. Also, a good restaurant is located next door, which served fantastic breakfast.

suitable for a budget trip as it is not far from the hot areas in Patong. not noisy and room overall well maintained free wifi at first,the toilet got a problem and not able to be fixed. but the reception is quite nice to change for a new room

1- Value for money. 2- Restaurants and convenience shops close by. 3- Friendly and helpful staff, not so talkative though:) 4- Nice swimming pool.

1- About 15 min walk from the beach. Not very pleasant if you want to walk back to hotel at night, as some parts of the route is not well lit. 2- No curtains between the shower and the toilette.
